Great room for a smoker - Haymarket

Hi,

I am 44 male working full time for city council as a support worker. I have a cat. I am looking for a smoker, preferably vegan or vegetarian, male or female flatmate. Age or nationality does not matter but if you speak English, Polish or Russian that would help. I collect vinyls, go to cinema, read, write, go for gigs and socialise with friends.

The flat is situated in very comfortable place, very good access to many buses, 5 mins walking from Haymarket. Supplied with all house maintenance including stereo, wireless internet, virgin media TV and landline, separated toilet and bath/shower room. There is no dishwasher.

The price is £450 per month for single room, that's including council tax, Virgin media, utility bills and paid cleaner once a week.

Flat is available from 10/12/21 until 15/3/22.

From a flatmate-to be I expect respect towards other people regardless their gender, sexual orientation, race or nationality.
