Fairly central to the city centre, you can walk to princes street in 25 minutes, with local bus route, tram stops and multiple shops/supermarkets near by! Also near by, Edinburgh Napier, Herriot watt uni and Edinburgh college sites.

Please note the picture of the room is just a rough idea of what it will look like when you arrive. It is currently being used as a office space so there will be some rejigging. I am happy to share more photos on request.

I will also be living in the flat during your let so the bathroom, living room with a real fireplace and kitchen will be shared. I have 2 very relaxed cats and am currently working from home due to covid.

I am looking for someone who is fairly laid back, tidy and willing to socialise.
