A bright double room is available from the start of February in a massive fully furnished detached bungalow on EH16 5DB.

Your room comes with a sofa, a study disk and a treadmill it is the warmest room in the house and the brightest.

We are two male postgraduate students, very organized, tidy, and hygienic, yet very chill and welcoming. We are looking for a third guy to keep the balance.

The location is 20 minutes from George Square, there is also a bus stop one minute away if you don't feel like walking. The area is quiet yet very central. Tesco-express, Sainsbury’s superstore, Aldi, MacDonalds, Costa Drive Thru and Cameron Toll shopping mall are all within a 10-minute walk.

The rent is 550 including all bills (gas, electricity, wifi, tv license, Netflix and weekly cleaning).

The house comes with a very spacious living room with a smart TV, a separate fully equipped modern kitchen with a microwave, toaster, washing machine, a dishwasher, crockery and cutlery.

It has a large bathroom that you will only share with one other flatmate as the other room has an en-suite bathroom. The garden is massive with fruit beds, shed with gardening equipment, trampoline, ping pong table, picnic table and chairs.
There is a private driveway with room for two small cars, back to back.
