LONG-TERM LET

Cosy double room in large Stockbridge flat, available from mid-September (with some degree flexibility). We will have viewings on 7, 8, 9 & 10 September.

We have all been part of this flat for several years, and have really made it into our home – it feels like a little family. We’re now looking for the newest member to the flat, someone who is like-minded and enjoys living with people, and a cat!, and who is themselves looking for a new long-term home. We of course all lead our independent lives, but there’s almost always someone at home, and we often find ourselves in the kitchen together at the end of a day, sharing some food or a glass of wine. This is something we value and is important to us.

YOUR NEW FLAT
Large, beautiful first-floor flat, right in the heart of Stockbridge. 4 bedrooms, bright, airy and super-spacious.
Great chat, wine, WiFi, 2 bathrooms with baths, large kitchen and lounge, loads of storage; fully equipped. Shared garden for summer picnics and winter mulled wines. No parking permits available at this point unfortunately.

YOUR NEW ROOM
It’s not huge, however it has a super-high ceiling (like the rest of the flat). The room is fully furnished with plenty of storage.

YOUR NEW FLATMATES
We're early to late 30s from Germany, England and Scotland. We’re all active, independent, outgoing, and easy to get along with. We like to cook, go to gigs, movies, pubs, or on cycles. We socialise together but also respect people's need for space and independence. We also have a cat called Momo.

YOU?
You’re in your 30s-ish, enjoy living with people and are excited to share a chill flat. You're not a student, or are happy to pay council tax. You are also familiar with the practicalities of sharing a flat (so you can proactively help out with flat admin, bills organisation, cleaning, problem solving, occasional cat sitting etc).

PRICE AND OTHER STUFF
The room rent plus bills normally comes to c.£700 per month. (Council Tax Band F)
We are looking for a long-term let. No couples.
