Brilliant transport links directly beside flat (buses 3, 8 and 29). Aldi and Morrisons within 10 minute walk. Cameron toll is a 15 minute walk.

Shared kitchen and bathroom with myself.

I have a dog called Jasper. He is a westie and does not bark. He is house trained and very easy to live with. Only compromise is he demands a hello cuddle in the morning/when you come home.

I have my own living room in the flat. It is three bedroom so the third bedroom is used as the private living room.

Bedroom is getting a new carpet and fresh paint which is why it is only available in April.

Rent is £525 which includes the internet. Council tax and bills are separate.

It is a lovely, modern flat with very quiet neighbors. This is not a party flat. Of course at the weekend and now and again it is not a problem.

Ideally looking for a professional. The flat would suit someone that appreciates their own space and privacy.
