Hello, I am looking for a new, friendly flatmate to share this great flat with.
The flat is stylish, comfortable and situated in a central location - top of Easter Road. The flat is fully furnished. There is a smart TV too. There are two double bedrooms (facing the garden), big lounge, kitchen, utility room and a bathroom with underfloor heating and good shower. The heating in the flat is controlled via Hive thermostat. There is a lot of storage, the bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and a wee storage room. There is also a communal back garden. Last but not least all neighbours are amazing! There are plenty nice coffee shops around, grocery shops and co-op.

Please note bills are not included in the rent. All the bills are on top of the rent. You will have to register for Council tax (band C) unless you are a student.
