I'm looking for someone to take over a tenancy in a beautiful flat situated on Dalkeith Road. It's a two bedroom student flat with a big kitchen and a wonderful living room with a view of Arthur's Seat! You'll be sharing with a couple (a student at the University of Edinburgh going into master and graduate).
Ideally looking for a mature and tidy student in 3rd year or higher (master or postgrads too!) looking for a room a short distance from Kings Buildings and Cameron Toll (shopping mall with Sainsbury’s and ALDI etc.).

Together with the room that you can see in the pictures below you will also have available some extra space that can be used as a study room (you can see this in the pictures as well). The room also has a huge desk and bookshelf above the desk. The kitchen is very spacious and modern and has an extra storing space. The room you’ll be taking has the window facing the back garden (which is available to any tenant to use) hence it’s very quiet.
Costs: The rent is £384 per month plus bills (around £30 per month)
