Spacious Room available in Polwarth

Hi,

I have a double room available in my cosy second floor flat in the lovely area of Polwarth. The flat is located a 15-20 minute walk from the city centre and is very close to Fountainpark, Haymarket station, the Meadows and the Union Canal.

Edinburgh and Napier University campuses are nearby as are many great cafes pubs and eateries. Many frequent buses routes pass nearby such as 1, 10, 22, 27, 30, 34, 35 and 300.

The flat is in a good condition and has recently been redecorated.

You will be sharing with myself, a 27 year old professional working in the life science industry. I am very clean, quiet, tidy and easy going. I like my own space but would also be up for a chat or going to the pub every now and again.

I am looking for a flatmate who will be clean, quiet and considerate, but also someone I can get along with and socialise with.

The rent is £340 per month excluding bills. With bills it will come to around £450-500 per month.

The room is available from the start of June, but I am flexible about the move in date, which can be anytime in June.

The flat is rented through an agency and references and one months rent as deposit will be required.
