I'm looking for a clean and considerate flatmate. I live on a quiet street, just 5 minutes from Cameron Toll Shopping Centre, which is also a hub for taxis and various buses into the city centre.
The flat is also close to Edinburgh Uni's King's Buildings Campus and the Royal Infirmary.
The flat is sandwiched between great parks and has beautiful views of Arthur's Seat and the castle.
Ideally looking for mid-long term renters.
*Please note bedroom pic to be added. Current image is of spare room which is smaller than the advertised room.
*Existing flatmate is female (under 30), professional, quiet and tidy.
NB: I'll probably also be looking for another flatmate for seaside location (Lower Granton, near Edinburgh College) Oct/Nov, estimated rent approximately £700 (excl bills), so do ping me if that's also of interest.
*Open to negotiation.
