I’m renting out the spacious master room in my house located at Little France, with Bus no. 8 only 2 minutes away, Morrisons, Aldi and Lidl within 10-15 min walking distance. The room has a private bathroom, a double bed, a big wardrobe and a chest of drawers so plenty of storage space. If needed, can also provide a desk and a chair.
The rent monthly is £500 with bills and council tax included.
You will be sharing the common space with me and my boyfriend.
The room will be available from the beginning of May.
The area is very quiet and safe. There is free parking in the front yard.
