Hello, I am looking for a flatmate to share a lovely flat near to Wardie Bay. I am an art tutor and charity worker who works partly from home.

The flat is with great location near the Firth Of Forth.
The bathroom is with fab shower and bath. Gas central heating and cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a good shared garden and free parking.

Good location near cycle path network, 10mins walk from Ocean Terminal, close to Leith, Inverleith & Canonmills areas. Lovely sunrises and sunsets at the nearby Wardie Bay, and wild swimming popular over here too.
Regular buses that operate here are: 16, 200, 23, 21 & 7.

Monthly Bills are £130: Wi-Fi, Electric, Gas, Council Tax
