Double Room in Dalry

Double room to rent, available from start of July. Centrally located in Dalry, 10 minute walk from Haymarket Station. Rent is £480 per month, bills (gas, electricity, internet) come to around £50 per month. You'd be sharing with just myself (26 female, though I'm looking to get a cat in the near future hopefully!). I'm currently working but will be starting a master's degree in September, so ideally would be looking for a postgrad student for council tax purposes (though a professional would be fine too, we'd just have to figure out council tax). I'm very tidy and clean (pictures of kitchen are current flatmate's cooking haha), pretty quiet, and am partial to my piano and cooking South East Asian cuisine 🙂 (Piano doesn't always live in the lounge) Flat has plenty of storage and has been recently renovated.
