Hi! I am a third year studying at the University of Edinburgh. My friend, who is also in the same year as me, and I have managed to secure a three-bedroom flat in the central area (12/6 Buccleuch Street) for our final year and we are now looking for a third flatmate. It is a university-owned flat, so it is affordable for UoE students. We have until the 17th of May to accept our offer. The tenancy lasts for a year beginning 8th July and the rent costs £420 pcm.
