Hello folks,
Me and my flatmate are looking for a nice person to fill our 3rd bedroom. Bills are around +90 pounds.
We are 2 guys in our late twenties working full time and we live close to Murrayfield stadium in a quite spacious flat, that is well connected to the city both by bus and tram, as well as being within 15 minutes of walking distance from the haymarket train station. There is a park nearby as well as a path along the water of leith.
It's comprised of 3 bedrooms, a very big and bright kitchen and a generously sized living room. The available room is a furnished double bedroom.
