Double bedroom to rent over summer July- September

Hello, I am renting my double bedroom from end of June/beginning of July until beginning/mid September (we can arrange exact dates) as I’ll be going back home for that time. All the bills are included in the price. The flat is located close to the center and it has a balcony and an underground parking. My flatemate will be staying at the flat, he has his ensuite room so other “main” bathroom is mine. He’s working and is very respectful, clean and quiet flatemate. Living room has a balcony and is seperated from kitchen and both rooms are very nice and spacious. If you have any more questions please send a message.
