Hello! We are a mixed flat with 2 females 2 males and a mixture of nationalities, all in our mid/late twenties to early thirties. We are looking for another friendly person to share the flat with and enjoy the occasional meals/ drinks and games night with.
We have a double bedroom to rent in our flat near Summerhall on Bernard Terrace. The lease begins on the 28th June, with the move in date available sooner if preferred. The bedroom is on the back of the building overlooking our shared garden, which is quiet and has a lovely view of the Castle in the distance. The room will come partly furnished with the bed, bedside table, wardrobe and one bookcase.
The flat consists of 5 bedrooms, a large sunny living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen.
Rent £405, Bills (energy & wifi) £30-50, Council Tax £40
