I have a double bedroom available on Gorgie Road for the month of August, perfect if anyone is visiting from the fringe!
It is a 30 minute walk from town and there are plenty of busses that take 10 minutes to town.

The flat has parking available and is on the top floor.

About your flatmate:
I'm moving out a month before my flatmate so she would still be here.

She is really friendly and easy to get on with. She's active and always up for a night in the pub. She'll be studying so in uni most weeks days and probably writing her dissertation a lot of the nights.

Also a bonus that we have a very good relationship with the landlord as she's a friend.
