Double Bed Available - Male Female or Couple

You’ll be in the largest bedroom, it has a double bed, two wardrobes, a desk, swivelley chair and natural light.
You’ll also be able to use a sizeable living room with HD tv, chrome cast, tasteful art and my books.
The kitchen is small but functional and with fridge-freezer and pasta maker. I haven’t used it yet it’s probably fun.
The bathroom is small but the shower’s good.
I live here currently, 27 y/o male. My dad owns the flat and so you’ll not have to deal with any faceless renting organisations, bring your troubles straight to me. I am generally quiet or out but I enjoy films and games if that’s your thing. Feel free to have people round, it’s a good space for friendly evenings and chats. There are a number of busses which can take you to city center in less than 20 minutes, a couple of gyms in walking distance or you can go for runs along the canal. Also, within walking distance are a Lidle, Coop, Aldi, Sainsburys and Tesco so you can easily access the meal deals of your choice.
My friend Eilidh is planning on moving into the third bedroom in a couple of months so we can likely lower the bills down the line. She’s easy to live with and get on with too. A fan of bad movies.
