3 rooms available in lovely Leith flat

3 rooms are becoming available in our lovely & cozy flat in early July. There are a total of 5 bedrooms, across 2 floors with two bathrooms (and two bathtubs!), kitchen and shared living room. We also have access to the garden, which has a fireplace and is shared with friendly neighbours.

The two rooms (£440 and £450) on the lower floor are fitted with carpets, the third room (£460) on the upper floor has wooden floors and looks out onto the garden and the sea.

You would be living with two lovely female flatmates (22 and 25) who are studying/working (professionals welcome but will be responsible for council tax). We enjoy spending time together while cooking, having a glass of wine, or exploring the city together. We are quite flexible around how long people are staying (however the landlord might prefer long-term tenants), are generally pretty tidy and easy-going.
