Video tour is available and can also arrange live video or in person viewing (but the properties are rented out short term so limited in time!)

* I will NOT entertain enquiries from groups wanting to squeeze 4/5 people in a single property
* There will be a "fair use" policy for energy to discourage you from leaving heating on 24/7.
* I cannot accept anyone looking for a very long term stay (e. g. professionals who are normally resident in Edinburgh)
* Private parking can be offered at an additional £100 per month
* I have another 2 bedroom property in the same place which could suit a group of 4 people wanting to stay close to each other.
