I am looking for a new flatmate as my previous flatmate is having to relocate for a new job. The flat is located in the Shore area in Leith, next to main bus routes making it easy to get into central Edinburgh, takes about 20 minutes and there is free parking outside the flat in the form of a car park and also on street parking all around.

The flat is a two-bedroom, one bathroom property with a modern living room and kitchen. The living room is equipped with a TV, Virgin Media and wifi.

The room available has excellent wardrobe space which is double mirrored. Furnished with a double bed and draws.

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy but also enjoys being sociable! Open to students or young professionals, However I am currently about to start a PDGE in Primary teaching meaning if your are a professional you would need to pay for the council tax yourself which i have recently been doing and it’s roughly £111 a month along with your bills (£80)and rent (£500)
