Located about 15 min walking distance from the Western General Hospital and 20 min walk to Stockbridge, it is right next to a big Leisure Centre/gym and a Morrisons supermarket. The area is well connected with many buses to Princes street, University (bus 27) from Ferry Road Morrison's bus stop or from Crewe Road South a few minutes further away (buses 19, 24, 29, 37).
I am a 70 year old lady, retired, very active, non-smoker, friendly, very tidy and respectful. I enjoy dancing, music, going to the gym every day, playing the piano and gardening.
Council tax and all utility bills are included. EPC rating is B. The flat is well equipped, including carbon monoxide and smoke alarms, I have a yearly gas inspection. It also includes a smart TV with Netflix, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. It is well insulated and bright inside as it faces south. I also have a landlord registration number.
