The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, desk, bookcase, and wardrobe.

The shared living area includes fitted kitchen, lounge & dining area with window seat with views to the Forth.

There's also a utility room with washing machine and heated drying airer.

Pets considered :) I have a family dog (golden retriever) who lives in the flat a couple of days per week, and we have a ragdoll cat in the flat full time.
