Huge room, central location, all bills inc.

The photos don't do it justice but the room is huge, light and soundproof being an attic conversion on its own floor. I love the location you are 20 min walk to Princess Street or the Royal Mile and 10 mins to Arthur's seat. There are four different supermarkets within 5-15 mins walk. The huge St James shopping centre is very close by and the tram is 5 mins walk away. Easter Road itself is trendy and full of independent cafes/shops/pubs/post office.
Have set an age range of 30-45 as I'm 42 - :)

I'm a quiet soul so my home is mostly a peacehaven these days. I would be honest to say I like my own space alot of the time. It's not a party/social flat (most of the time). I would love to cook for someone though, I'm a huge foodie. I like finding foodie and arts adventures across the city and I'm also headed outdoors most weekends if you like hiking, swimming and general rambles.

Bills all inc. I will be getting a big dog so furry lovers only. Nice to have would be a gardener - we have a big but wild garden which is too much to manage on my own.
