I am leaving my current tenancy to move elsewhere in Edinburgh so my room is up for grabs! The flat is in a tenement building in Meadowbank, with great links to the city centre or roughly a 30 minute walk. The flat has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, living room and storage cupboards. The current tenants are all professional females aged 21-23. The room itself is quite small but super cosy and gets lots of sunlight. The rent oer month is £425 and this is without bills/broadband/council tax. Viewings will take place this week! Would suit a professional only (for council tax reasons). We are LGBTQ friendly and are happy for people of any gender to apply! If you are interested, please write a little bit about yourself and we will arrange a viewing time. *the flat is managed by an agency and you will need to provide references from your last tenancy before moving in*
