Spacious double room in central Edinburgh

Hello there my name is Tatiana and I have a spacious double room full of light in a two bed flat 1 min from Broughton street and 10 min from the train station.
My flatmate is moving out at the beginning of October therefore please message me if you are interested in viewing the room. I am quiet with a passion for fitness, cooking and currently work in an office in the city center most days of the week.
I am ideally looking for someone around my age I can feel relaxed with and maybe watch something together, just know you’ll probably not see me much around due to work and me being out and about :)
With bills and council tax included all together the rent comes up to £700 per month.
Mainly look to make a house a home x
