Room in central 3 bed flat with 2 sound g

Hi I'm looking for someone to take over my room in this central 3 bed flat. I've accepted a job down south so sadly im looking for someone to take over my room from the 21st November (although an earlier move in may be possible if needed). I live with two sound gals becca (22) and cat (22) who are currently in their 4th year of uni so we are looking for another student unless you're willing to pay for the council tax. The flat is in a really good location on West Nicolson Street and located just across from peartree and near shops like lidl, tesco and sains. We are just 5mins from the meadows and 10mins from princes street and also very close to arthurs seat aswell - you can literally walk anywhere with this location its class. Rent is £533.34 per month and bills are roughly £40 per month aswell. I'm really sad to be leaving such a lovely bunch of girls they're great roomies really friendly and kind and we socialise alot together but also take some time for ourselves too. They're usually pretty busy with uni work during the week but always up for a pint (or 10) on the weekends. our flat is a really homely one and the girls are looking for someone who'll turn into a friend and will fit in well with the flat dynamic.
