Description
Hi there,
My flatmate is sadly leaving, so I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in a bright and modern 2-bedroom flat in Granton (Edinburgh North). The room available is a double bedroom with en-suite. The flat is fully furnished and is located in a quiet area (only a 5 min walk to the beach!).
My name is Kat, I’m 27, and I’m currently doing a part-time Masters in Economics at UofE. I also work as an economist at a trade association and teach economics tutorials at UofE, both part-time. I split my time between working & studying from home and being at the University or at the office. In my free time I like to do calisthenics and parkour and to spend time with friends. I also enjoy cooking (mostly plant-based) and it would be nice to have a flatmate who’d like to share a meal or drink once in a while (but of course no must).
I’m looking to live with someone easygoing, but who also likes to keep the flat clean & tidy and to have a quiet homely environment. I often have to study on the weekends and evenings, so I'd prefer to live with someone who's considerate of noise. You could either be a post-grad student, a mature undergrad student, or a professional. I don’t really have a preference, but if you’re a professional, you’d be responsible for paying council tax alone, as I qualify as a full-time student for council tax purposes.
In your message, it would be great if you could tell me a bit about yourself, what it is you do and anything else you’d like to mention or ask me.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Kat
