Martello Court is a high rise building on a main bus route. The building has free parking outside, CCTV, secure entry system, live in warden, 2 lifts to all floors.

The flat has two double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and lounge. The lounge has two large windows. Also small balcony.

Please note that the photos are not from the flat that is going to be available. The present tenants are leaving at the end of December. They did not want me to photograph the flat with their personal possessions. So I am using photos from my other rental flat within the same building. It has the same lay out. The flat will be available to view after the end of December.

The flat has double glazing and a fairly new boiler. The present tenants have been living there for several years so I expect that new carpets will be needed.
