There is a Tesco express and Greggs, along with a pharmacy, butchers, café and takeaways a 5-minute walk from the flat. A short distance away there is a large Sainsburys, Asda's, Aldi and M&S food. In addition, there are two gyms within walking distance.
I am the homeowner, which means we would have a lodger agreement in place. I am a healthcare professional and a part time student. I often study on the weekends and evenings, so I'd prefer to live with someone who's considerate of noise. I love watching movies, reading books, fitness and outdoor activities.
I’m looking to live with someone easy-going, but who also likes to keep the flat clean & tidy and to have a quiet homely environment. I am ideally looking for a long-term female flatmate who is a professional however, student will be considered. This is a non-smoking home and a non-party home. Sorry no couples.
