Large common spaces downstairs including 2 living rooms, a kitchen and a laundry room.

Live-in landlord. Relaxed, very tidy house; one dog - you often wouldn't be able to tell there's anyone at all it's so quiet.
Everyone gets along well and we respect each others' spaces and the cleaning rota.
