Rent - £500 a month and a £450 deposit is required with references.
Bills are around £140 a month and that includes council tax(band B), Broadband and Gas & Electric (may vary as review is scheduled for this month for utilities).

There are great links to the city with buses 4,10 and 27 all taking around 20 minutes to reach the city centre.

I am 29, quiet and tidy, looking for someone similar to rent the room out.

Ideally looking for another young professional to move in as well. Mature students are considered as long as they are willing to agree to help towards the bills (inc council tax) and can guarantee the rent. I work quite early so looking for someone that also works semi regular hours and isn't up till the crack of dawn.

I enjoy games, watching films, cycling and play a bit of music.

No pets or smokers.

The flat is fully furnished and the room comes with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, bedside table and two wardrobes.
There is also a spacious living room with a shared back garden.
