Looking for a new flatmate in cosy flat

Hi! I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me in my flat :)

The flat is a cosy 3rd floor flat with 2 double rooms, double glazing and central heating throughout but no lift unfortunately!

I really love living here and have found the area to be safe and pleasant. Supermarkets, gyms and bars are all within walking distance but the area itself is quiet and peaceful. There is a shared garden which is lovely in the summer. The flat is pet friendly- but there is a pet deposit to pay.

Generally I think I'm quite an easy person to live with, I am happy to hang out in the shared space and like to be friends with the person I live with but I'm also happy with my own company. I like having my friends round every now and then but it's not a crazy party flat.

I currently work on a hybrid basis so work from home few days a week.
