This house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study/office, multiple storage rooms, wash cupboard, large open plan living/kitchen/dining area with balcony, garden, own front door and side entrance to garden. We also have access to one spot in an underground car park, and on street parking. We also have our own front door and no direct neighbours. Bus routes right outside and takes 5 min into town or 20 min walk to St James.

No students as we are a high council tax band.
