Room in flatshare, central Edinburgh

This room is available immediately up to January 14, or parts of the time period. If you're moving to Edinburgh and looking for a long term place, and need a place while looking, this could be ideal!

I am out of Edinburgh for that time, and happy for someone else to stay in the place. I am basically looking for a nice person who gets along with my very friendly flatmate Ryan.

The rent per month is 600£ including all bills and CT. 300 for two weeks.

What you would be getting: A room in a two person flatshare in central Edinburgh, in a nicely decorated flat in a quiet corner of town, with great views in all directions, Holyrood Park and Arthur's Seat on your doorstep. All city centre attactions (and the Christmas market) in walking distance.

Kind of goes without saying, but you should be willing to cooperate on the different household responsibilities, keep things tidy, wash your dishes, help with cleaning the flat, take bins out etc.

Practicalities: The room has a double bed and plenty of storage space. We can arrange a desk if you need one. The view is to Calton Burial Ground, one of Edinburgh's famous graveyards.

We share a medium-sized but very convenient kitchen and spacious (-ish) living room. Bus stop is one minute walk (No. 35), 5-7 mins to London Rd with many more connections. Waverley station is 10-15 mins walk away. Shops are 8 mins (small Tesco, Scotmid, Iceland), 12 mins walk (big Sainsbury's and big Lidl in Meadowbank).
