The flat location is excellent - we're a 1 minute walk away from a major bus stop and a Lidl. Haymarket train station is about a 7 minute walk away. A bus from the flat to the centre of Edinburgh takes about 10mins.

We have a fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 full-size fridges and a chest freezer. There is also a large shared living room. The shared bathroom has a toilet, sink, mirror, bath and electric shower(so you don't have to wait for hot water).

The room you would be renting is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and set of drawers.

Rent is £400pcm, with bills added on it’ll come to around £460. There’s also a £400 deposit.

I’m a professional working in the Art Gallery/Museums sector and an artist in my free time.

We have a private landlord who will ask for references before you move in. Long-term tenants preferred.

While we prefer to fill the room on the 20th of December, because of the time of year there is some flexibility with the start of a new tenancy, and new tenants may take up the room as late as the 1st of January.
