Two double-bed rooms available. Looking for 2 flatmates who are friendly, considerate and clean after themselves. Preferably non-smoker. Flat is cosy, but it is pretty old really.
Kitchen has microwave, grill/oven, toaster/kettle, washing machine.
One bathroom - shower/bathtub, hot water is always available.
2 minutes away from bus-stop
20-30 minutes by bus to city centre or Leith. Buses go past on average every 10 minutes.
15min on foot to Morrisons.
One living room for everyone to use.
The rooms are furnished.

The house is on the edge of neighbourhood, few houses away from Ferry road, so usually quiet and rarely you would meet less friendly people. House has five other flats, neighbours living there are very friendly.

I’m Kris (27) professional, just finished college. I’m introverted type of person, but I like small-talk and get to know my flatmates. I like going for a drink or a hike from time to time.
