We are looking for someone to occupy bedroom 1 in the floor plan, ideally long term (at least until September 2022) from January onwards.
The flat is located on Dalkeith Road; it is quite spacious and bright. Rent is £500 + bills. We are happy to arrange for a (virtual or in person) viewing soon. Some of the pictures are from the letting agency from one year ago, we have rearranged storage / cupboards since then. The bedroom has a view on our communal garden and Arthur’s seat, has a double bed, desk and cupboard.
We are third-year PhD students in Physics, we are reasonably quiet and it isn’t a party flat. We typically cook and have dinner together, watch films on our projector and hang out in the living room in the evening. I should warn that I play the piano daily and it can be a bit loud in the living room.
