I have a double room in a 2nd floor flat within a well looked after block. There are beautiful shared gardens, friendly neighbours and a private allocated parking space within a garage as part of the deal. The location is fantastic, within 15 minutes walk of the West End and Stockbridge, as well as less than 10 minutes walk from Dean's Village. All bills (Council Tax, Energy and 100Mbs Virgin Broadband) are included in the rent, as well as common household sundries such as toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and cleaning products.

The flat is fully furnished with a sofa bed for guests in the lounge. The kitchen has a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, gas hob, double oven and washing machine. There is plenty of light coming through the big windows, and the flat is quick to warm up with gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

Your bedroom has a small double bed with storage underneath, large fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table, desk and chair

You will be sharing with me, a 37 year old social care sector proffessional. I am friendly and clean, as well as respectful and considerate towards others. I am sociable, but try to keep parties small and infrequent, and will always ask so that we are both happy with arrangements. I am looking for someone who is similarly clean and respectful of common spaces and able to maturely compromise and communicate to coexist happily. A bonus if we get along really well :) You must be LGBTQ+ and International community friendly.
