Three bedroom flat/living room with bay windows/ kitchen dining room + pantry/ laundry room/ bathroom with bathtub and shower/ large storage cupboard/ large communal garden to rear.

Bedroom 1 - double is where I stay!!
Bedroom 2 - double and fully furnished with double ottoman storage bed, x2 open wardrobe, two bedside tables and lamps, desk and chair. **taken**
Bedroom 3 - small double bedroom with small double ottoman storage bed, open wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair. £850/month (including bills)
Location: Merchiston just south of the city centre. Good transport links. 15 mins to Princes Street on public transport. Residents parking with one further parking permit available. Area has a park and independent shops/ cafes nearby!
