We are looking for a female english speaker who is responsible and clean and can respect the flat´s environment of rest and relaxation. We are 2 open-minded professionals and our lovely and fluffy cat :) we love nature and animals and enjoy sometimes sharing a good meal. It is a flat located by the charming Meadows Park, in Newington area, with a fantastic bus route and very well communicated with city centre.
The room is a very spacious, quiet and bright double bedroom, which will become available from 15th December for 6 months initially but long term is definetely prefered if things feel right :) . There is no lease available and the price for the room is 600 pcm; this price includes: rent, council tax and internet. The room is fully furnished. One months rent deposit is required before entering the flat. The bills (electricity and gas central heating) are paid separate and equally by all members of the household.
