Double Room Available For Fun Female Flatmate

Spare room available in a 4 bed, first-floor flat in Newington, move in date ASAP! Minimum 6 months contract. You’ll be joining 3 female grads/young professionals.

The room available has a small double bed, a large wardrobe, 2 sets of drawers and a very large desk. It also has a window looking out onto Arthur’s seat, letting in plenty of natural light. There’s also a large set of drawers that can be moved into the bedroom for extra storage. Decks not included🤪. The flat has a huge living room, 2 bathrooms, a decent sized kitchen and a lovely shared garden.

Rent is £500, bills are usually less than £30, and council tax is £62 per month, but February and March are free. WiFi is paid for by the landlord. £500 deposit paid upfront, and the last months rent is free (covered by deposit).

We have all just graduated from UoE this year and are all currently working different schedules, but we like to chill together and go on nights out when we can🕺🏻

Ideally looking for another young professional for council tax reasons, but open to students too!
