Room available with bills included

My current flatmate has moved back home. The guest room is available from now onwards. The flat has a big living room and a open plan kitchen to share. All appliances and furniture are pretty much new and you are welcome to use them. The room has a double bed, a study table, and a built in wardrobe. You will have the toilet with a bathtub to yourself as I’ve got an ensuite in my room. The room is not big but should be enough for sole occupancy. The location is pretty handy just next to a Nuffield gym and also ASDA, McDonalds, and ALDI etc. All bills included. You will be sharing with me. I work at the University of St. Andrews as an academic. I work from home a lot so the place is not very suitable to someone who also work from home.
