We have a double bedroom available in a 5 bed flat from the 8th of February until the second week of May. The rent for the room is £470 pm + £62 council tax, excluding bills. We are in a great location with shops and bus routes less than 2 mins away, the Links golf course right outside the doorstep and it is a 10 mins walk from Edinburgh Uni's central campus/library.
