I am renting out my spare room from March, in the Meadowbank area of Edinburgh. Room also comes with own bathroom. Flat is just a 20 minute walk from Waverly Station and a 10 minute walk from Arthur Seat.
I work in finance and currently WFH but will be going back to the office approx 2 days per week from April (hopefully).
I also have a puppy. She’s house/crate trained and is looking forward to welcoming her new flatmate.
I’m pretty active so try to be out the flat as much as possible on week nights and weekends.
