Newington room near the Meadows

Double room available in flat in Newington from early April on. Comes furnished (double bed, desk drawers and wardrobe).

The flat has been refurbished and comes with all amenities. It is within walking distance from the University, Summerhall and the Meadows. It comes with electrical shower, new washing machine and gas oven. There is also a communal garden, nice to use during sunny days.

You will share with a tidy, joyfoul and respectful professional (teacher/University tutor) in their early 30s. When not working I like going to the movies, especially to watch documentaries, or hiking and meeting friends to play music. Beltane festival is another thing I like and if you know about it, or have atteneded, that would already be a plus!
