Newington room near the Meadows- summer let

Double room available in flat in Newington from mid June on. Comes furnished (double bed, desk drawers and wardrobe).

The flat has been refurbished and comes with all amenities. It is within walking distance from the University, Summerhall and the Meadows. It comes with electrical shower, new washing machine and gas oven. There is also a communal garden, nice to use during sunny days.

You will share with a tidy, joyfoul and respectful PhD student in their early 30s, who likes going to the movies, reading literature and discussing about philosophy.
