Super Kingsize Room Available In An Lgbtq+ Flat

City centre flat with one room available for rent. The room will be available as soon as 15 of March. There could be some changes but the available date will be no later than start of April. The room includes a king-sized bed (note that this king-sized bed is actually made from putting two single beds together).

Room comes furnished with a dressing table, a desk, a bed side table, and a wardrobe. Bed linens are not included.

Rent is £500 per month exclusive of bills (approx £100pm).

One of the tenants is a student at heriot watt university and the other is a fresh graduate of Uni of Edinburgh. This means the flat is not eligible for council tax exemption so preferably we need a professional who can help with council tax. Students are also welcome as long as they are willing to pay council tax. For flats with a mix of professionals and students, there will be a 25% discount on council tax. The council tax band for this flat is band D.

Anyone is welcome as long as we vibe. Though we would rather avoid smokers or people who are looking to have a lot of flat parties.
