Live-in landlord. Relaxed and tidy house in quiet neighbourhood; you often wouldn't be able to tell there's anyone at all it's so quiet. Live music events once a year and the odd 'house' dinner if you want, but we very much all like our own space as well.
No couch potatoes please or anyone who can't be quiet nd tidy, or proactively do their share of the cleaning!
