Hey, my name is André. Looking to replace current flatmate, who is moving in with her boyfriend.

I’ve been in the flat for 4 years & want to stay.

Really big flat, with 1 double room going.

Majority of the flat is furnished, however you will need bedroom furniture.

Quite a lot of smart home tech, controlling lights/heating/music/doorbell etc

Gas, Electric & Internet (full fibre - 1Gbps) aren’t included & usually come to around £160/month per person.

Council Tax will depend on whether you’re professional or student. Band B.

Currently have a cleaner 2 hours a week.

Located between Cameron Toll Shopping centre & Royal Infirmary. Plenty of local shops/supermarkets. Nearest bus stop to city centre is 90 second walk away, and takes 20-30 minutes. Nearest Lothian buses: 24, 33, 38, 49. Lothian buses 10 min walk away: 3, 8, 29. There are a few local GP surgeries, and dentist’s not far away.

Just to the side of the flat is Craigmillar Castle Park (home to Craigmillar Castle). Nice area for a gentle walk in nature.
