Double room available for person in a beautiful large Victorian townhouse in Edinburgh's prestigious West End.
This property is situated on a quiet residential street less than 5 minutes walk from Haymarket Station, close to the financial district and plenty of bars and restaurants and around 10min walk from Princes Street.
We are a sociable family of four adults and 1 shy cat, we like hanging out in the kitchen and a chat over a nice glass of wine but also respect each other's space.

The room has is situated on the 2nd floor of the house and has shared use of a shower-toilet. It has just been redecorated, is furnished and includes a smart tv. There will also be use of the kitchen and a dining/sitting room.

Rent will include broadband, utility bills, weekly hoover and weekly change of fresh linen and towels.

Due to Scottish licensing laws, we can only presently accept lodgers looking for a principal home.
